摘要
根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的基本精神,高校要坚持以人为本,构建开放式教学模式,尊重人才成长规律及特点,实施个性化教育,将教学过程由知识传授型向知识开发型转变。这是培养创新型人才的一个基本过程,高等院校必须将这一过程贯彻实施,从可持续的视角审视高等教育的创新教育理念。
According to the basic essence of National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan, to cultivate innovative talents, it is required to persist people-oriented principle and construct open teaching mode, on the basis of the law and characteristic of talents development, implement individual education and transform teaching way from knowledge impartation mold to outward developing mold. It is a basic process in cultivating innovative talents institutions of higher learning must implement this process, and review the innovative educational philosophy of higher education from a sustainability perspective.
