摘要 基于汽车转向节外形特殊、加工精度要求高、定位困难、生产批量大等特点,针对加工过程中锥孔加工工序设计了一套钻孔夹具,对夹具的定位误差进行计算分析,并运用三维图形软件Pro/E进行建模和虚拟装配,以检验夹具空间布置和零件尺寸干涉性问题,能实现汽车转向节高效高质量加工,提高经济效益。 Based on the features of automotive steering knuckle, such as special configuration, high requirements of processing accuracy, difficuh to locate and large batch of production, according the step of machining taper hole, a set of fixture for drilling was designed, and the position error of fixture was analyzed. The three-dimensional (3D) graphics software Pro/E was used to modeling and virtual assembly. By observing spatial arrangement and examining if the parts size had interference or not, high-quality and efficient processing of automotive steering knuckle parts can be achieved, and the economic efficiency is improved.
