Research on Influencing Mechanism Analysis of IT Governance on IT Capabilities in Manufacturing Enterprises——The Mediating Effect of Business-IT Alignment

摘要本文研究了IT治理对制造业IT能力的影响机制,以业务—IT匹配为中介变量,运用结构方程模型对华南地区482家制造企业的调查数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,IT治理对IT能力具有显著的正向影响,业务—IT匹配对IT能力也有显著的正向影响。此外,业务—IT匹配在IT治理与IT能力的关系起着显著的部分中介作用,并且IT治理通过业务—IT匹配对IT能力的影响效应占总效应的48.9%。 In this paper,the authors focus on the influencing mechanism of IT governance on IT resources capabilities for manufacturing enterprises.A structure equation model with Business-IT Alignment as a mediating variable is developed to reveal the impact mechanism.Based on the model,analysis is carried out by using 482 samples from the manufacturing enterprises in South China.Results show that IT governance has a significant positive effect on Business-IT Alignment which,in the meanwhile,has a significant impact on IT capabilities.Furthermore,Business-IT Alignment mediates the relationship between IT governance and IT capabilities,which contributes about 48.9% increase of IT capabilities in the impact chain of IT governance on IT capabilities.
