摘要
ZARA公司近来在服装行业取得了很大的成功,笔者认为其IT系统对于其业务战略的支持为其成功奠定了基石。为了帮助国内企业更好地避免IT投资"黑洞",笔者拟以业务-IT战略匹配模型为理论框架,来分析ZARA的IT应用成功之道,以及它给国内企业信息技术深入应用带来的一些启示:(1)IT只能协助人做判断,不能取代人。(2)信息化要标准化和阶段化,并且有焦点。(3)技术方案要从内部开始。(4)流程优化才是重点。(5)业务流程必须与IT有效结合。
