摘要
IT能力是解释企业IT投资与绩效关系的中间变量。从IT能力的定义、结构及IT能力与企业绩效研究三个方面对国内外相关文献进行了综述,主要存在如下问题:(1)IT能力的定义范围过于宽泛;(2)需对中国企业IT能力的结构进行实证检验;(3)基于IT能力的企业绩效变量选择过于局限;(4)缺少从IT能力多要素整合角度的研究;(5)缺少IT能力各要素对企业绩效不同构面的影响机制研究。
IT capability is a mediator to explain the relationship between IT investment and firm performance.In this paper,the concerned literature on the concept,structure and firm performance of IT capability have been reviewed briefly.And then,the contribution and the existing problems have been summarized.Finally the paper puts forward several key issues on IT capability in the future research.
