汽车天窗测试系统中PLC与上位机以太网通讯系统的开发 被引量:3

Development of Ethernet Communication System between PLC and PC for Automobile Sunroof Testing Control System

摘要 在某型汽车天窗测试系统中,为实现PLC与上位机大批量数据及较远距离实时通讯,构建了基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW的PLC以太网实时通讯系统:利用LabVIEW内部集成的TCP/IP协议和西门子通讯模块CP343-1实现上位机和S7-300PLC的以太网通讯,解决了PLC与PC机通讯距离短、实时性差的问题。PC机通过以太网通讯获取PLC采集到的传感器和执行机构的状态信息,PC机强大的数据处理和图形显示能力弥补了PLC在数据显示及处理方面的不足,实现了良好的人机控制界面。 In order to realize long-distance and batch data real-time communication between PLC and PC, virtual instrument LabVIEW based Ethernet real-time communication system was built for a kind of automobile sunroof testing system. Using TCP/IP pro- tocol integrated in LabVIEW and the Siemens communication module CP343-1, Ethernet communication between the host computer and S7-300 PLC was realized. So the limit in PLC and PC communication was broken through, whose distance was short and real-time was poor. The status information of sensors and actuators acquired by PLC was gotten by PC through the Ethernet communication. The pow- erful data processing and graph display capability of PC made up for the defect of PLC in data processing and display, so a good man- machine control system was achieved.
