Application of Ethernet in Marine Power Station

摘要 结合目前现场总线在推广应用中出现的问题和以太网的发展态势,分析了以太网作为通信标准的必要性,以及以太网用于工业上的设计要求。详细介绍了基于以太网的控制网络A u toN et的三种关键技术:分布式数据库的高速刷新相等技术;工业以太网技术;数字信息平台管理技术。然后介绍了应用该新技术的船舶电站节点模块设计方法,并根据其发电机组并车的基本条件,以示意图方式介绍了电压电流测量电路,频率及相位测量电路和发电机组并车控制电路。最后简单介绍了与上位机的连接,并展望了以太网在船舶电站中应用的前景。 Considering the questions appeared during the popularization and application of current fieldbus and the swift development situation of Ethernet supported by internet technology, this paper analyzes the necessity of the Ethernet as communication standard, and discusses the design requirement of the Ethernet in the industry cities at the same time. And then the paper explains in detail three kinds of key technology of the new control network-AutoNet-based on the Ethernet. They are high-speed-refreshing-equal technology of the distributed database~ industry Etherent technology;digital information platform administration technology. Among them, the operation principle of high-speed-refreshing-equal technology of the distributed database is that each node sets up a distributed database including data of the whole network. The technology adopts protocols of network detective, compression and radio, which make distributed data of the whole network refreshed at a high speed. As a result, all distributed databases of the whole network become identical within millisecond, so each distributed database includes dynamic data of the whole network. Communication function is completed by exchanging the copy of the nodal database data among all nodes. Communication devices and programming are avioded. The technology of AutoNet is applied in the design of marine power station generator nodal module. According to the basic conditions of parallel operation, authors introduces the voltage and current measure circuit, frequency and phase difference measure circuit, generating sets parallel operation control circuit. At last, the connection with PC is simply described. Because AutoNet board is used as an ordinary RAM, it realizes communication as a part of generator nodal module. 4K RAM address is selected by users. Distributed databases are brought in memory by special purpose interface software. Therefore, it is only necessary to program for the microprocessor. On the basis of authors' experiment, the authors look forward to the development prospect of industry Ethernet in marine power station.
