皮革裁断胚料排版优化与研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用皮革轮廓线特征识别不规则和瑕疵胚料的图像几何特征是皮革制品实施高性能样片排版的前提。文章以相似图形不变性定理为基础,采用内接多边形特征信息点及其夹角波动方差函数衡量两条边缘轮廓曲线的相似程度,克服由于对边缘轮廓曲线导函数的不存在和几何特征积分的可能不收敛问题,并提出不规则和瑕疵皮革胚料多粒子群排版优化算法。 The use of leather contour features to identify the image geometric features of irregular and defective embryo materials is the prerequisite for the implementation of high-performance sample typesetting of leather products.In this paper,based on the invariance theorem of similar graphics,the similarity of two edge contour curves is measured by using the characteristic information points of inscribed polygons and their angle fluctuation variance function.The problems of non-existence of derivative function of edge profile curve and possible non-convergence of geometric feature integral are overcome,and the multi-particle swarm typesetting optimization algorithm of irregular and defective leather germ is proposed.
