摘要
设计一套用于长江航道的工程船舶定位系统,包括首尾锚泊系统和移船定位系统。整套系统应用于风浪、急流等多外界干扰的特殊环境,克服船体(工程船舶)的纵向、横向和摇首3个自由度的运动,汇集分布式控制理论、工况检测技术、PLC技术和VB人机界面技术和现场总线技术。采用液压驱动技术和电气控制技术来实现船舶锚泊定位的实际要求。
A set of engineering vessel suspension orientation system was designed which Consisted of mooring system and shifting system. The system was mainly used in certain complex and changeable environment, such as strong wind and whirlpool. The three DOF movements including lengthways, crosswise and yawing tendency could be overcame. Distributed control theory, condition monito- ring, PLC technology, human-computer interface and field-bus technique were included. Hydraulic drive technology and electrical control technology were used to realize the actual requirements of the vessel suspension orientation.
