摘要
建立和完善高职连锁专业顶岗实习长效运行机制,离不开学校内部顶岗实习机制的构建和政府及社会等外部环境对顶岗实习的政策支持和政策扶植。通过对顶岗实习运行状态的分析,找出顶岗实习存在的问题,通过"内外"结合,借助国家大力发展职业教育的有利条件和环境,齐抓共管,构建顶岗实习运行机制,多策并举,做实顶岗实习。
Establishing and perfecting the long-term operating mechanism of Dinggang internship for higher vocational chain major cannot be without the construction of Dinggang internship mechanism inside colleges and the policy support and policy empowerment of society. Through analyzing the operating condition of Dinggang internship, this paper finds out the existing problems of Dinggang internship. Through the inside and outside combination, it makes concerted efforts on establishing operating mechanism of Dinggang internship with many policies to do it well by the beneficial condition of environment of developing vocational education for country.
