摘要
顶岗实习是高等职业教育培养高技能型人才的重要途径。文章针对苏州经贸职业技术学院物流管理专业在实施顶岗实习过程存在的一些管理问题,提出了加强完善顶岗实习管理机制的措施,并通过实践,取得了一定的效果,为今后的顶岗实习提供借鉴。
In-post graduate practice is one important way to train high skilled talents for higher vocational education. This article raises some solutions to improve the in-post graduate practice management mechanism against some management issues on in-post graduate practice course of our logistics management major, and also achieves some good effects to provide the good reference for future /n-post graduate practice through this practice.
