摘要
首先,介绍了我国采用校企合作办学的背景和必要性,其次,根据实际的调研情况,对现阶段的办学模式进行分析和思考,并指出存在的问题,再次,针对存在的问题并结合我院正在建设国家骨干院校的实际情况,提出一套适合我院特色的校企深度合作机制和"四段式"的人才培养模式,最后,对该模式的探索与实践进行了总结。
First of all,let me introduce the necessity and background of School-enterprise cooperation in China.The Second,According to the actual situation of the current stage of the investigation,the school model analysis and thinking,and points out the existing problems.The third,Based on the existing problems and is the country＇s key with regard to the construction of the actual situation of colleges,and puts forward a set of suitable for our characteristics of profound cooperation mechanism and ＂four stages＂ of the personnel training mode,At last,The mode of the exploration and practice are summarized.
