多聚甲醛制备2-异丙基-2-异戊基-1,3-丙二醇 被引量:1

Preparation of 2-isopropyl-2-isopentyl-1,3-propyldiol with paraformaldehyde system

摘要 使用多聚甲醛作原料制备了2-异丙基-2-异戊基-1,3-丙二醇(PPPO)。考察了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间对PPPO收率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为n(己醛)∶n(单体甲醛)=1∶3.1,20℃滴加30%氢氧化钠溶液,2 h加完,40℃反应8 h。在此条件下,PPPO收率为83.4%。 2-Isopropyl-2-isopentyl-1,3-propyldiol was prepared using paraformaldehyde.The effect of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the productivity was studied.The results showed that the optimizing synthesis condition was obtained as follows∶ the mole ratio of hexanal to paraformaldehyde is 1∶ 3.1,the feeding temperature of adding 30% NaOH solution is 20 ℃,and 40 ℃ react for 8 h,the productivity is 83.4%.
