摘要
中国石油大连石化分公司有机合成厂70 kt／a聚丙烯装置在生产运行中,通过细化生产管理,优化工艺控制,摸索出装置催化剂体系最佳投用方案。实施结果表明,采用最佳投用方案生产的各牌号产品等规指数完全满足产品质量要求范围,明显地降低了聚丙烯的生产成本,取得了良好经济效益。
The best using scheme of catalyst system was set up by optimizing process control and strict production management in 70 kt/a polypropylene plant of Organic Synthesis Factory of Dalian Petrochemical Co.,Ltd., CNPC. The results showed that the isotactic index of products using this process can satisfy quality requirements perfectly, the cost of polypropylene is reduced obviously and good benefits are achieved
