摘要 目的:探讨案例教学法(CBL)结合情景模拟诊疗在心血管内科见习教学的应用。方法:随机抽取心血管内科见习医学生74名,随机分为对传统教学组、CBL+模拟诊疗组;分别采用传统教学、CBL结合模拟诊疗法进行见习教学。并通过问卷调查、理论考核、操作进行评估教学质量。结果:与传统教学法相比,CBL结合模拟诊疗组的见习医学生对其教学的兴趣度、接受度明显提高;其理论知识、操作技能的掌握程度明显优于对照组,尤其是在临床综合能力的处理方面明显提高。结论:CBL结合模拟诊疗有助于提高心血管内科学见习教学质量,显著提高见习医师的临床综合处理问题能力。 Objective: To explore the effects of case-based learning(CBL) and clinical simulation in resident teaching of internal cardi- ology. Methods: Data were collected from 74 case of probationer doctors in department of cardiology. These probationer doctors were randomly divided in two groups, traditional teaching group and test group, the test group residents received CBL and clinical simulation teaching. Students'attitudes towards the restructured course were examined by a self-administered structured questionnaires and tests. Results : The majority of students thought that CBL was an effective learning tool for their learning skills, independent learning skills, analytical skills. Compared with the control group, the levels of preparation for exams in test group were markedly improved. Conclu- sion: CBL with simulated therapy learning leads to a significant improvement of residents teaching in internal cardiology.
