摘要
临床医学八年制是一种新的培养学制,教学方法的探索非常重要。传统教学方法以教师为中心,以知识点灌输为主要方法;基于案例的学习(CBL)模式则以学生为中心,问题为导向。将CBL模式融入针对八年制学生的呼吸科床边教学可以提高学生的积极性,培养应用理论知识和循证医学方法解决临床问题的能力,锻炼独立思考和探索的精神。
The eight-year program incubating system for clinical medicine is a relatively new system, and looking for effective teaching methods is of great importance. Bedside teaching is an important bridge connecting medical knowledge and clinical practice for medical students. Traditional teaching methods are teacher-centered with teaching knowledge points as the main tool, which is inefficient. In comparison, case-based teaching (CBL) is a student-centered and problem-oriented method. Integration of CBL into bedside teaching of respiratory medicine for medical students of the eight-year system can effectively stimulate learning initiatives of students, help them apply medical knowledge and evidence-based medicine to solve clinical problems and promote the formation of correct clinical thinking.
