摘要
目的:探讨临床医学八年制急诊医学课程中Seminar教学法的应用。方法:将第四军医大学2004级2、005级临床医学八年制学生,分成实验组(采用Seminar教学法)和对照组(采用LBL教学法),并评估教学效果。结果:实验组的试卷平均分数和问卷调查总分明显优于对照组。结论:Seminar教学法为我国临床医疗八年制学生的培养提供了一条新思路,但仍需继续总结和摸索。
Objective： To study the application of seminar teaching approach used in emergency education for eight-year program clinical medi- cal students. Methods： The students of eight-year program clinical medical students were divided into two groups： the test group with seminar teaching methed and the control group with traditional LBL method.The results were evaluated after learning. Result： The scores of tests and questionnaires in test group were obviously higher than those in controI group. Conclusion： Seminar teaching method shows a new way to culti- vate eight-year program students in clinical medical teaching, but the authors will try to find out the advance to solve practical problems in the teaching process.
