摘要 目的:探讨临床医学八年制急诊医学课程中Seminar教学法的应用。方法:将第四军医大学2004级2、005级临床医学八年制学生,分成实验组(采用Seminar教学法)和对照组(采用LBL教学法),并评估教学效果。结果:实验组的试卷平均分数和问卷调查总分明显优于对照组。结论:Seminar教学法为我国临床医疗八年制学生的培养提供了一条新思路,但仍需继续总结和摸索。 Objective: To study the application of seminar teaching approach used in emergency education for eight-year program clinical medi- cal students. Methods: The students of eight-year program clinical medical students were divided into two groups: the test group with seminar teaching methed and the control group with traditional LBL method.The results were evaluated after learning. Result: The scores of tests and questionnaires in test group were obviously higher than those in controI group. Conclusion: Seminar teaching method shows a new way to culti- vate eight-year program students in clinical medical teaching, but the authors will try to find out the advance to solve practical problems in the teaching process.
