摘要
研究了白芷叶片水分、光合色素的含量、光响应曲线以及净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)的日变化。结果表明:白芷叶片水分和光合色素的含量较高,白芷叶片的净光合速率Pn日变化为和蒸腾速率日变化均呈现双峰型的曲线,具有典型的光合午休现象。白芷的光饱和点较高,为1800μmol·m-2·s-1,光补偿点较低,为15μmol·m-2·s-1,是典型的阳性耐荫植物。
The leaves of A. dahurica (Fisch.) Benth. et Hook. was used as materials to research the content of water, photosynthetic pigment,light response curve and the diurnal changes of photosynthesis (Pn), transpiration rate. The results showed that the content of water and photosynthetic pigment of the leaves of A. dahurica (Fisch.) Benth. et Hook. was high- er,the curve of daily of the leaves of A. dahurica (Fisch.) Benth. et Hook. photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate both were a double--peak curve and there was a clear depression at noon. The light saturation point of A. dahurica (Fisch.) Benth. et Hook. was 1800μmol·m^-2·s^-1 ,the light compensation point was 15μmol·m^-2·s^-1,A. dahurica (Fisch.) Benth. et Hook. was the typically positive and shade plants.
