摘要
采用Li-6400光合测定系统以多年生黄栌(Cotinus coggygria Scop.)为研究对象,测定其光合特性日变化及光响应。结果表明:黄栌光合速率日变化呈双峰型,存在光合"午休"现象。日最大光合速率为8.123μmol·m-2·s-1。光合速率与蒸腾速率、气孔导度之间呈正相关,与胞间CO2体积分数呈负相关;胞间CO2在体积分数为4×10-4时,黄栌光补偿点为30μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为1514μmol·m-2·s-1。黄栌的光合特性表明其为典型的阳性耐荫植物,对光照的适应性较强。
An experiment was conducted to study the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of perennial Cotinus coggygria Scop. and its light response by Li - 6400 portable photosynthesis system. Results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of C. coggygria presented a double-peak curve, having an obvious photosynthesis midday depression. The maximum of net photosynthetic rate was 8. 123μmol·m^-1·s^-1. The net photosynthetic rate was positively related to transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, and negatively related to intercellular CO2 concentration. Under intercellular CO2 concentration of 400 μmol/mol, the light compensation point andlight saturation point of C. coggygria leaves were 30 and 1 514 μmol·m^-1·s^-1 , respectively. The photosynthetic characteristics of C. coggygria indicate that C. coggygria is a typical shadetolerant species with a strong adantabilitv to light.
