同型半胱氨酸在糖尿病肾病中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病可引起多种并发症,如视网膜病变、周围神经病变、糖尿病。肾病(DN)等。DN是临床常见和多发的糖尿病并发症,是糖尿病最严重的全身性微血管病变之表现。DN时肾小球肥大,基底膜增厚,细胞外基质积聚,导致弥漫性或结节性肾小球硬化和肾功能衰竭。研究证明,
