血清同型半胱氨酸测定在糖尿病肾病中的临床意义被引量：30

摘要目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸测定在糖尿病肾病中的临床意义。方法运用循环酶法测定28例糖尿病肾病患者、29例糖尿病无肾病患者和63例健康体检者血清同型半胱氨酸水平,采用SPSS11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果与糖尿病无肾病组和健康体检组比较,糖尿病肾病患者血清Hcy水平显著升高(P<0.05)。糖尿病肾病组高同型半胱氨酸血症发生率明显高于糖尿病无肾病组和健康体检组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者血清Hcy明显升高,监测糖尿病患者血清同型半胱氨酸有助于预防和控制糖尿病肾病。
