摘要
目的 观察红参与葡萄糖酸钙对抗环磷酰胺致小鼠骨质疏松的作用。方法 用环磷酰胺造成骨丢失为主的骨质疏松模型 ,分别用红参和葡萄糖酸钙灌胃预防给药。结果 环磷酰胺可致小鼠骨钙及骨羟脯氨酸含量等比例减少和胸腺萎缩。红参和葡萄糖酸钙对此有明显的防治作用,但后者不能阻止骨羟脯氨酸的减少。结论 红参有明显的对抗环磷酰胺致小鼠骨质疏松的作用。
Objective To study the effects of steamed red ginseng and calcium gluconate of osteoporosis after cyclophsphamide administration. Method Cyclophsphamide was po to the mice in order to induce bone loss ,while steamed red ginseng [(5g/(kg· d)]and calcium gluconate [1g/(kg· d)]were given orally to the mice .Result Cyclophsphamide can induce mice bone calcium loss and decrease bone hydroxyproline ,with the shrinkage of the mice thymus . Steamed red ginseng and calcium gluconate can increase both femoral calcium and hydroxyproline and protect mice thymus from shrinkage .However calcium gluconate didn't prevent the loss of the femoral hydroxyproline .Conclusion Steamed red ginseng can prevent osteoperosis induced by cyclophsphamide administration .
