摘要
针对在生产X65钢级Φ762mm×30.2mm直缝埋弧焊管初期焊缝夹渣比例达到20%的问题,分析了厚壁直缝埋弧焊管焊缝熔合线夹渣产生的原因及焊接工艺参数对焊缝夹渣的影响,提出了改进措施。经多次试验及调整工艺参数后,焊缝夹渣比例降到5%以下,使焊管返修比例降低,生产效率大幅度提高。
Addressing the problem that the initial weld entrapped slag rate of the Ф762 mm×30.2 mm X65 SAWH pipe is up to 20%, the causes for occurrence of entrapped slag in weld fusion line of the heavy-wall SAWH pipe, and effect by welding process parameters on weld-entrapped slag occurrence are analyzed. Accordingly, improvement actions are proposed. Owing to repeated tests and setting of the process parameters, the said entrapped slag rate is reduced to be under 5%, and the pipe rework rate is in turn cut down, and thus the productivity is remarkably enhanced.
