摘要
为保证UOE生产线大直径焊管直线度≤0.05%L,设计研发并制造了一台大直径焊管矫直机。介绍该矫直机的结构、机械和液压设备组成、电气结构和控制系统、设备特点,以及投产后的效果;并对比分析典型规格钢管的理论矫直力与实际矫直力。分析认为:该大直径焊管矫直机解决了钢管在矫直过程中产生的擦伤和压痕、压制部位椭圆度超差、液压卸荷冲击和龙门架异常震颤等问题,矫直后的钢管直线度≤0.5%L,满足高附加值钢管制造要求。
In order to ensure that the straightness of the UOE large-sized welded pipe is ≤0.05%L,a straightening machine for the large-sized welded pipe is designed,developed and manufactured.Elaborated here in the article are the main aspects of the straightening machine,including the structure,configurations of the mechanical and hydraulic equipment,the electrical structure and the control system,the equipment features,and effectiveness of actual operation.The theoretical straightening force and the actual one of the tubes with representative sizes are comparatively analyzed.It is regarded via the analysis that thanks to the said straightener,all the problems as encountered with during the straightening process of the tube are solved,including scratch and indentation,over-tolerance ovality of the pressed section,impact from hydraulic unloading,and the abnormal vibration of the gantry,etc.The straightness of the tube as straightened is ≤0.05%L,being up to the applicable requirements for manufacture of the high value-added steel tubes.
