摘要
介绍了直线度对于保证HFW钢管质量的意义,分析了影响HFW钢管直线度常见原因(矫直机架调整不当、卷板各处强度不均匀、钢管上下表面温度不均和定径量不足)及其造成钢管弯曲的机理,并提出相应的解决措施。分析认为:通过改造冷却装置,增加对卷板强度均匀性的要求,保证定径机组足够定径量等,可从根本上消除造成弯曲的原因,保证HFW钢管的直线度。
The importance of straightness for ensuring quality of the HFW steel pipe is explained, and the com- mon causes as responsible for the pipe' s straightness are analyzed, including improper setting of the straightener stand, inhomogeneous strength distribution of the coil, uneven temperatures on top and bottom surfaces of the pipe, and insufficient sizing amount, etc. And how such factors lead to bending of the pipe is revealed. Accordingly, preventa- tive actions are put forward. Finally, it is concluded that the said influencing factors could be thoroughly eliminated, and desired straightness of the HFW steel pipe ensured by means of improving the cooling system, adding requirement for strength homogeniety of the coil, and assurance of sufficient sizing amount of the sizing mill, etc.
