摘要
研究了ERW焊管成型的变形特点和相应辊花图的计算方法,编制了变形辊花图自动生成及分析软件。利用该软件可针对不同的成型方法和变形参数自动生成辊花变形图,并能计算辊花曲线极限位置坐标、辊花开口度、管坯变形边沿延伸率和升起角等变形数据。以自动生成的辊花图为基础,建立了管坯变形的有限元分析模型,使用有限元分析软件COSMOS对管坯变形进行了非线性有限元分析,得到了管坯变形的各种力学参数(包括变形应力、应变、变形量等)。综合辊花图自动生成及分析软件和有限元分析的结果,得到了ERW焊管成型过程的几何变形参数和物理变形参数,从而为ERW制管机组的设计和制定变形工艺提供了重要的参考数据。
In this thesis,the characteristics of ERW forming and calculating method of the strip deforming graph are researched,and the software for the automatic generation and analysis of the strip deformation graph is developed.By this software,the ERW strip deformation graph can be drawn automatically,while the limit position coordinate of strip deformation curve,the distance between the edges of strip,the stretching rate as well as the lifting angle of the strip edge can also be calculated.The calculated results can be used to evaluate the forming process.Based on the strip deforming graph,finite element model for ERW forming is proposed.Nonlinear finite element analysis for the ERW forming is made by software COSMOS,so the stress,strain and deformation in the ERW forming are obtained.Through the research and analysis of ERW forming,geometric and physical deformation data in the ERW forming process are obtained,which provide useful information and essential data for the design of ERW production line.
