摘要
七辊管棒材矫直机是多辊矫直机中应用较为广泛的一种。本文结合实际的工程实例,描述了七辊管棒材矫直机基于Siemens S7系列PLC电气控制系统,主要介绍了基于PROFIBUS DP网络的主传动装置6RA70的设计及控制。
The seven-roll bar-straightening machine is one of the most widely used multi-roll straightening machines. Using actual engineering examples, this paper describes the electrical control system based on siemens S7 series PLC of the seven-roll straightening machine, and mainly introduces the design and control of the main drive unit 6RA70 based on PROFIBUS DP network.
