过敏性疾病病人血清中EB病毒抗体检测 被引量:1

DETECTION OF EB ANTIBODIES IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH ANAPHYLACTIVE DISEASE

摘要 目的探讨过敏性疾病病人外周血中EB病毒(EBV)各种抗体的表达与过敏性疾病的相关性。方法收集71例过敏性疾病(包括过敏性哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、湿疹和荨麻疹)病人和40例健康查体者(健康对照组)外周血标本,应用半定量酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,检测EBV早期抗原(EA)-IgA、EA-IgM、EBV衣壳抗原(VCA)-IgG、VCA-IgA和VCA-IgM抗体水平。结果过敏性疾病病人外周血EA-IgM、EA-IgA和VCA-IgM水平显著高于健康对照组(t=3.18~5.74,P<0.01),VCA-IgG和VCA-IgA水平两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 EBV抗体EA-IgM、EA-IgA和VCA-IgM可能参与过敏性疾病发病。 Objective To investigate the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antibodies in patients with anaphylactic diseases. Methods Blood samples of 71 patients with anaphylactic diseases including allergic asthma, allergic rbinitis, eczema and hives, and 40 healthy controls were collected. Early antigens (EA) EA IgA and EA IgM, EBV VCA-IgG and VCA-IgA, as well as VCA- IgM antibody were detected by ELISA. Results The blood levels of EA-IgM, EA-IgA and VCA-IgM in the patients were higher than that in the healthy controls (t = 3.18-5.74 ,P〈0.01), but no significant differences were noted between the two groups with regard to VCA-lgG and VCA-IgA (P〉0.05). Conclusion The EBV antibodies EA-IgM, EA-IgA and VCA-IgM are likely to be involved in the development of anaphylactic disease.
