青岛市崂山区0~14岁儿童哮喘流行病学调查 被引量:4

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY OF ASTHMA IN CHILDREN AGED 0—14 YEARS OLD IN LAOSHAN DISTRICTS OF QINGDAO

摘要 目的调查青岛市崂山区0~14岁儿童哮喘的流行现状、分布特征。方法采取整群抽样调查方法,随机抽取青岛市崂山区学校、幼儿园、街道办事处为群进行调查,共调查0~14岁儿童10800例。结果在调查的10800例儿童中,实查10082例,实查率为93.4%。筛查出哮喘儿童(包括婴幼儿哮喘)315例,咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童38例,可疑哮喘(包括喘息性支气管炎)儿童19例。患病率为3.69%,男性患病率为4.60%,女性为2.74%,男性患病率明显高于女性(x^2=24.53,P〈0.01)。结论青岛市崂山区0~14岁儿童哮喘的患病率较10年前明显升高。对照全球哮喘防治创议方案,目前在哮喘规范化治疗的推广上仍有一定的差距。 Objective To survey the current prevalence of asthma and the distribution in children aged 0--14 years old in Laoshan districts of Qingdao city. Methods A cluster sampling method was used for the study to randomly survey 10 800 chil- dren (aged 0- 14 years old) from schools, kindergartens, and neihorhood communities. Results Of the 10 800 children, 10 082 (93.4%) were investigated, Asthma (including infants) was confirmed in 315, cough variant asthma in 38, suspicious asthma (in- eluding asthmatic bronchitis) in 19. The prevalence rate was 3.69%, with male 4.60% and female 2.74%, which was higher in male vs. female (x^2=4.53,P〈0.01). Conclusion The incidence of asthma in children of 0 14 year group is much higher in Laoshan districts than that of 10 years ago. The generalization of normalization of asthma therapy is still a gap as matching GINA project.
