在激烈的市场竞争中,建设工程项目管理具有复杂性、长期性的特点,这就可能导致损失的风险。文章就建设工程项目招投标阶段的风险管理方面相关问题进行了详细的阐述。
In the fierce market competition, construction project management is complex and requires a long duration, which may lead to the risk of loss. In this paper, related issues in risk management in construction project bidding phase are elaborated.
