摘要
电力工程投资规模大,招投标管理过程复杂,具有一定的风险。因此对招投标过程的风险分析和管理就尤为重要。文中阐述了电力工程招投标过程中的风险控制的一些方法以及结合实际的一些具体运用。
Large investment scale and complicated bidding procedures risk electric power projects. Therefore, risk analysis and management are significant for these kinds of projects. Some analysis methods and relevant applications are introduced in this paper, on the risk control of electric power projects.
