摘要
就风险管理的概念、项目风险的识别、风险评估的方法和风险管理的实践等问题做了简要的论述和研讨 ,阐述了项目风险管理的意义和工作程序。并将工程项目的风险因素分为 6大类 ,即政治、社会、自然、经济、技术和管理等因素。探讨了项目风险产生和发展的规律 ,提出全过程、全方位的开展风险管理工作的思想 。
Risk management of engineering projects is just beginning in the field of construction around China. This paper presents the concepts, principles and procedures of risk management. The author thinks that risk exist during the whole life cycle of projects. They can be divided into six species of hazards, they consists of the factors of hazards, such as political, social, natural, economical, technologic, managerial etc. To avoid and decrease the loss due to hazards, it is very important using the right methods properly for prediction, evaluation and making division of the risk events. The effective and multiple measures must be used in time according the author own opinions.
