摘要
针对目前我国医疗公证存在的立法缺失、公证机构及公证员的法律地位不明确等问题,从完善医疗公证的立法体系、明确公证机构和公证员的法律地位、规范医疗公证程序、健全医疗公证监督机制、加强公证员综合化专业化建设和完善医疗公证赔偿保险制度六个方面提出了构建我国医疗公证体系的对策建议。
Aiming at problems of legislation absence, legal nature uncertainty of notary institution, and legal status uncer- tainty of the notary for our medical notary, the author offers proposals to building our medical notary system from improvement leg- islation system,clarity legal status of the notarization institutions and the notary, standardization medical notary procedure, im- provement medical notary supervision mechanism, enhancement the notary specialization and construction and improvement the medical notary compensation insurance system.
