自然周期和促排卵周期宫腔内人工授精妊娠结局的比较 被引量：16

摘要 宫腔内人工授精（intrauterine insemination,IUI）是将男性精液在体外经过一系列的处理以去除精浆,集中活动力较强的精子,注入女性子宫腔内,从而获得妊娠的一种治疗不孕不育症的方法,根据是否使用促排卵药物分为自然周期和促排卵周期.促排卵周期是否较自然周期有更好的妊娠结局尚存在争议.本文回顾性分析就诊于苏州市立医院生殖中心的1,030个夫精IUI周期的临床资料,以探讨和比较自然周期与促排卵周期的妊娠结局.
