1,030个宫腔内人工授精周期的女方因素分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨影响夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUI)妊娠率的女方因素。方法分析423对夫妇1,030个夫精IUI周期的临床资料。比较女性年龄、不育年限、不育类型、自然周期和促排卵周期与妊娠率的关系。结果 (1)随着年龄的增加,妊娠率呈下降趋势。(2)不育年限6~9年组临床妊娠率低于≤2年组(P<0.05)。(3)继发性不育的临床妊娠率显著高于原发性不育(P<0.01)。(4)促排卵周期的临床妊娠率高于自然周期(P<0.05),排卵正常的患者促排卵周期与自然周期的临床妊娠率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在夫精IUI中,女方的年龄、不育年限、不育类型均可影响妊娠率,促排卵治疗不能改善排卵正常患者的妊娠率,治疗时应综合考虑。 Objective: To investigate and analyze women factors that influence pregnancy rate of intrauterine insemination(IUI)with husband sperm. Methods: The clinical data of 423 infertile couples undergoing 1,030 IUI were analyzed. Relationships between pregnancy rate and maternal age, infertile time, infertile types, natural cycle, ovulation induction cycle were investigated. Results: With the increase of age, the pregnancy rate was decreased. The clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher in the patients with infertile time ≤ 2years than that in 6-9 years(P〈0. 05). The clinical pregnancy rate of the patients with secondary infertility was significantly higher than that of the patients with primary infertility(P〈0.01). The clinical pregnancy rate was higher in ovulation induction cycles than that in natural cycles(P〈0.05). There was no statistic significance in clinical pregnancy rate between natural cycles and ovulation induction cycles in the patients with normal ovulation. Conclusion: In the IUI cycle with husband sperm, age, infertile time and infertile types can affect pregnancy rate. Ovulation induction can not improve pregnancy rate in the patients with normal ovulation. The effects of varioUs factors should be considered comprehensively in the process of therapy.
