喻昌论治小儿病从分析小儿惊风概念入手,提出小儿温症三大治法大纲,同时临证治疗重视脾肺,从病因病机、临床表现、治疗法则等诸方面精辟论述,对指导现代临床实践具有重要意义。
The academic thinking of Yu Chang about the treatment of infantile diseases starts with analysis of the concept of febrile convulsion, proposes three therapeutic strategies for infantile febrile disease, emphasizes the spleen and lung in clinical treatment, and discusses the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, treatment rules, etc. These are of great significance for guiding clinical practice nowadays.
