SIRT-3表达水平与食管癌患者预后关系 被引量:3

EXPRESSION OF SIRT-3 AND ASSOCIATION WITH ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA PROGNOSIS

摘要 目的探讨去乙酰化酶(sirtuin-3,SIRT-3)在食管癌组织中的表达水平及与食管癌患者预后的关系。方法取80例食管癌肿瘤组织,采用免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织SIRT-3蛋白的表达水平。结果食管癌患者中SIRT-3高表达组生存率低,SIRT-3低表达组生存率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论食管癌组织中SIRT-3表达水平与食管癌术后患者生存时间呈负相关,SIRT-3表达在食管癌患者的预后中具有重要作用。 Objective To explore the expression of sirtuin-3 ( SIRT-3 ) in esophageal carcinoma and its association with the patients' prognosis. Methods SIRT-3 in specimens resected from 80 esophageal carcinoma tissues were derected by immunohistochemical method. Results The survival rate of SIRT-3 under expression group was low, conversely, the survival rate of SIRT-3 low expression group was high, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion There is negative correlation between the patients with esophageal prognosis of esophageal expression of SIRT-3 in esophageal carc carcinoma, and the expression of SIRT-3 carcinoma patients.
