摘要
为了确定在技术经济上合理的发电系统可靠性指标LOLP的标准值,本报告采用年总费用最小法计算出对应于最小费用点的华东发电系统可靠性指标,并与满足现有规程备用要求条件下得出的可靠性指标进行比较,确定了1995年和2000年华东发电系统可靠性指标LOLP的标准。报告对影响年总费用最小点可靠性指标的各种因素进行了灵敏度分析。
In order to determine the criterion of generating system reliability index LOLP in technology and economy rationally, this report calculated the reliability indices of East China generating system corresponding to 'the point with minimum cost' using 'the method of minimum annual total cost', and compared with the index which satisfy the reserve requirements of current regulations, thereby determined the criterion of reliability index LOLP for East China generating system in the Year 1995 and 2000. This report also performed sensitivity analysis to various factors which can affect the reliability index for the point with minimum annual total cost.
