摘要
阐述可中断负荷电价实施的环境及对象,介绍一种简便易行的可中断负荷运作步骤。模拟案例的分析、计算结果表明,实施可中断负荷电价削减尖峰负荷可以减少电力装机容量,减少固定资产投入;可以提高电网负荷率;可以提高发电利用小时数,保障电网足额备用容量,具有良好的综合效益。
This paper introduces the implementing environment and objects of interruptible load rate, simple operating steps of interruptible load. Analysis, calculating results of the simulation case show that implementing interruptible load eleetrovalence to cut down peak load can reduce installing capacity of eleetric power machines, reduce investment of fixed assets, improve load rate of powr grids, increase using hours of electric-generation, ensure full reserve capacity of power grids, get significant comprehensive benefits.
