摘要
目的建立急性心肌梗死(AMI)临床护理路径评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法(Delpbi),由15名专家对拟定AMI临床护理路径进行评价,通过2轮问卷咨询,获得专家一致性意见,构成AMI临床路径评价指标体系。结果初步构建的AMI临床护理路径评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、25个二级指标和78个三级指标,各级指标选择意见逐步趋同。结论AMI临床护理路径评价指标体系的构建为规范临床护理行为,实现专业、标准化的临床护理路径管理,提高专科护理质量提供了依据。
Objective To establish an evaluation index system of acute myocardial infarction （AMI） clinical nursing pathway.Methods Delphi method was used in this study.AMI clinical nursing pathway was evaluated by 15 experts,and the agreement was achieved through 2 questionnaire surveys to establish AMI clinical nursing pathway.Results The evaluation index system of AMI clinical nursing pathway consisted of 6 first-level,25 second-level and 78 third-level indexes,and the selection opinions on each index gradually became the same.Conclusion The establishment of evaluation index system of AMI clinical nursing pathway provides the evidence for standard clinical nursing behaviors,realization of professional and standard clinical nursing pathway management and improvement of specialized nursing quality.
