摘要
目的:分析c Tn I、Myo、CK-MB联合检测对急诊胸痛危险分层的价值,为临床提供参考依据。方法:采用计算机随机抽取的方式,抽取2012年12月-2014年3月入住本院的150例急诊胸痛患者(急诊胸痛组)和无胸痛症状的35例健康体检者(对照组)作为本次的研究对象,对两组均实施c Tn I、Myo、CK-MB联合检测,分析比较两组c Tn I、Myo、CK-MB检测结果。结果:急诊胸痛组c Tn I、Myo、CK-MB检测结果分别为(8.56±1.39)ng/m L、(245.28±31.58)ng/m L、(14.68±3.46)ng/m L,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且高危、中低危组c Tn I、Myo、CK-MB检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:c Tn I、Myo、CK-MB联合检测对急诊胸痛危险分层具有显著的临床价值,可为临床医师提供重要的参考依据。
Objective：To analyze the value of combined detection of c Tn I,Myo and CK-MB in the risk stratification of emergency chest pain,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Method：Using the computer randomly selected mode,extraction admitted to our hospital 150 patients with chest pain in the emergency department from December 2012 to March 2014（emergency chest pain group） and no chest pain symptoms of 35 cases of healthy persons（the control group） were selected as the research objects of this experiment,two groups were implemented c Tn I,Myo,CK-MB combination detection,c Tn I,Myo,CK-MB assay results of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：Emergency chest pain group of c Tn I,Myo,CK-MB assay results were（8.56±1.39）ng/m L,（245.28±31.58）ng/m L,（14.68±3.46）ng/m L,which were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.And high risk group and low risk group of chest pain in emergency patients,c Tn I,Myo,CK-MB between two groups there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combined detection of c Tn I,Myo and CK-MB has significant clinical value in the risk stratification of emergency chest pain,which can provide an important reference for clinical physicians.
