摘要
目的建立AIDS临床护理服务质量标准指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法,由17名专家对拟定的AIDS临床护理服务质量标准指标体系进行两轮问卷咨询,获得专家的一致性意见,初步构建AIDS临床护理服务质量标准指标体系。结果初步构建的AIDS临床护理服务质量标准指标体系包含4个维度、7个一级指标、21个二级指标和48个三级指标,各级指标选择意见逐步趋同。结论该指标体系的构建可为规范临床护理人员的工作程序,促进AIDS专科护理质量的提高提供依据,但需要进一步的理论和实证研究加以检验。
Objective To develop a quality indicator system of nursing services for patients with AIDS. Method Delphi method was used in this study. The quality indicator system of nursing services for patients with AIDS was developed based on two rounds of consultation among 17 experts. Result The quality indicator system of nursing services for patients with AIDS consisted of 4 dimensions,7 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 48 third-level indicators. Conclusion This quality indicator system can standardize the nursing services and provide basis for the improvement of nursing quality for patients with AIDS. Further theoretical and empirical study is needed to verify the quality indicator system.
