摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2011年2月～2012年2月本院收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者100例,将其按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用腹腔镜治疗,对照组采用宫腔镜治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治愈31例(62%),有效15例(30%),无效4例(8%),总有效率为92%;对照组治愈25例(50%),有效4例(8%),无效21例(42%),总有效率为58%;观察组治愈率及总有效率均高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods 100 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility were selected in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012,in accordance with the treatment were divided into observation group and control group,each of 50 cases,the patients in the observation group were given laparoscopic treatment,the control group patients were treated with hysteroscopic treatment,the clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results 31 patients（62%） were cured,effective in 15 cases（30%）,4 cases（8%） were ineffctive,the total effective rate was 92% in the observation group;25 cases were cured（50%）,effective in 4 cases（8%）,ineffective in 21 cases（42%）,the total effective rate was 58% in the control group;The cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility effect is significant,with a high clinical value.
