摘要
目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕症的效果及对血清激素水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治PCOS所致不孕症患者103例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为单一组(51例)和联合组(52例)。单一组患者行克罗米芬治疗,联合组患者给予克罗米芬联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前及随访结束后的主要临床症状发生情况、血清激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及随访结束后的妊娠情况。结果随访结束后,两组患者的月经稀发、多毛和痤疮发生率明显低于治疗前,且联合组月经稀发、多毛和痤疮发生率明显低于单一组(P<0.05);随访结束后,两组患者的促黄体激素、促卵泡激素和睾酮水平均明显低于治疗前,且联合组低于单一组(P<0.05);随访结束后,两组患者的子宫内膜厚度明显大于治疗前,且联合组子宫内膜厚度大于单一组(P<0.05);随访结束后,联合组患者的临床妊娠率明显高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS所致不孕症的效果显著,可改善患者的血清激素水平,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with clomiphene on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and its influence on serum hormone levels. Methods A total of 103 infertile patients with PCOS from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the study objects, the patients were divided into single group(51 cases) and combined group(52 cases) by random number table method. Patients in the single group were treated with clomiphene, while patients in the combined group were treated with clomiphene and ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets. The main clinical symptoms, serum hormone levels, endometrial thickness before treatment and after follow-up, pregnancy after follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results After follow-up, the incidences of oligomenorrhea, hirsutism and acne in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the incidences of oligomenorrhea, hirsutism and acne in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05);after follow-up, the levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and testosterone in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined group were lower than the single group(P<0.05);after follow-up, the endometrial thickness of the two groups were significantly greater than those before treatment, and that of the combined group was greater than the single group(P<0.05);after follow-up, the clinical pregnancy rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the single group(P<0.05). Conclusion ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with clomiphene on infertility caused by PCOS has a significant effect, it can improve the serum hormone levels of patients, which has a high clinical promotion value.
