摘要
采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定了2个产地18个女贞子药材样品的紫外光谱,结合主成分聚类分析法对女贞子药材进行产地识别分析,识别结果与实际相符。分析结果表明中药紫外光谱结合主成分聚类能用于中药识别分析研究,方法简单、快捷、方便。
The ultraviolet spectrum of 18 samples of Ligustrum lucidum in two production places was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry,the method of principal components analysis is adopted to analyze production places recognition of Ligustrum lucidum,the identification result close to actual production places.The result showed ultraviolet spectrum of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with the principal component analysis can be used to identify the production places recognition fo Traditional Chinese Medicine.the method simple rapid and easy.
