摘要
自女贞子 (Fructus L igustri lucidi)醇提物的乙酸乙酯部分和正丁醇部分分得除文献报道的齐墩果酸 (Oleanolic acid,1)、乌索酸 (U rsolic acid,2 )和甘露醇 (D- m annitol,3)外 ,还首次从女贞子中分到 α-乌索酸甲酯(α- U rsolic acid m ethyl ester 4)和萎陵菜酸 (Tormentic acid 5 )。通过理化常数和光谱数据 ,鉴定了它们的结构。
The phytochemical studies on the \%Fructus Ligustri lucidi\% are concerned with the isolation of five known compounds: oleanolic acid(1), ursolic acid(2), D mannitol(3), α ursolic acid methyl ester (4) and tormentic acid (5). The occurance of compounds 4,5 in this species was reported for the first time.
