摘要
本文探讨了电针对血管性痴呆 (VD)大鼠的疗效及对下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素 (adrenalcorticotropichormone,ACTH)的影响。将大鼠制成肾性高血压 (RHR)后再造成脑反复缺血拟VD的动物模型 30只 ,随机分为模型组、电针组和药物组 (用氢化麦角碱 ,DHET)各 1 0只 ,共治疗 2 8天。治疗后均以水迷宫检测学习记忆行为情况 ,并检测脑ACTH的含量。结果模型组水迷宫潜伏期明显长于电针组、药物组 ,药物组明显长于电针组。模型组下丘脑ACTH与药物组无显著差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,而电针组显著低于模型组和药物组 (均P <0 .0 5 )。提示电针能改善高血压VD大鼠学习记忆行为 ,降低其下丘脑ACTH的含量并使之趋于正常 ,其作用优于DHET。
To probe the effect of the electroacupuncture on vascular dementia and the content of adrenal corticotropic hormone(ACTH) in the hypothalamus of the ratMethods:30 SD rats were made renal hypertension(RHR) by the kidney arteries pinched with silver clipAfter 42 days,their bilateral common carotid artery were blocked repeatedly to cause cerebral ischemiaThe Hypertension-Vascular Dementia model was madeThen they were divided into model group,electroacupuncture group and medicine group(Dihydroergotoxine,DHET) with 10 in each groupThe course was 28 daysThe ability of learning and memorizing was observed by water maze,and the contents of ACTH in the hypothalamus were detected after treatmentResults:The latent period of the electroacupuncture group and medicine group was shorter than that of the model group,and that of the electroacupuncture group was shorter than medicine groupIn the hypothalamus,the content of ACTH in the electroacupuncture was lower than that in the medicine and model group(P<005,P<005),but there was no difference between the medicine group and the model group(P>005)Conclusion:It indicated that electroacupuncture therapy could promote the ability of learning and memorizing and reduce the content of ACTH in the hypothalamus of hypertensive VDIt's therapeutic effect was better than DHET
