摘要
便携式维修辅助装置PMA体积小,操作灵活,便于携带,是一种常用的舰员级装备维修设备。针对某型船用导航雷达进行了PMA的硬件和软件设计,PMA采用PC104架构的嵌入式计算机,集成了COTS产品的具有USB接口的高精度数字万用表和宽带数字示波器,研制了电源管理和人机接口等模块,通过开发相应的测试软件,可准确而又方便地进行雷达系统中各功能信号的在线测试。目前已经成功地应用于某导航雷达的舰员级维修,在舰载雷达维修保障中发挥了积极的作用。
PMA can play an important role in the seaman class maintenance of naval vessel electronic equipment. To meet the need of PMA designing for one kind of carrier navigation radar, this paper design an ADS7947 basing A/D module , which is high precision, low power consumption and using PC/104 bus. The module uses large size FPGA device to fulfill the functions of PC/104 bus interface, series/ parallel converting and caching of A/D conversion data, and the module power controlling. It is proved by practical use that the module can meet the high precision, low power consumption and multichannel demands of one kind of carrier navigation radar PMA analogy input chan- nel. The module has been produced with PMA, and is widely used in the seaman class maintenance of one naval carrier navigation radar.
