摘要
介绍了ABBET的基本概念,对ABBET的层次模型进行了深入的解析,依据ABBET的5层概念提供的一个创建测试信息、系统和最小化测试资源开发以及产品测试、维护和修理时间的过程的标准结构,设计了基于ABBET的相关软件体系结构,并对仪器的封装进行了分析。该方法起到了缩短研制周期、提高TP开发效率、降低集成成本的作用,在一定程度上实现了测试系统的仪器无关性。
The text introduced the conception of ABBET, analysed the model of ABBET, Designed the structure of the software based on ABBET,It offered a standard structure, witch is used to create measure information, the system and the minimal test resource, and the progress of the time for maintenance and repair of the production.. It also analysed the encapsulation of the instrument. By this way, The periods of the product is shortened and the cost is reduced. It just make the instrument irrespective to the test system.
