摘要
建立通用自动测试系统软件平台,实现测试程序的移植和仪器的互换性是通用自动测试系统的发展方向。论文阐述了自动测试系统互换性原理,通过对几种典型自动测试系统软件规范的论述,详细说明了各种软件规范的特点,研究了自动测试系统软件平台在各种规范上的互换性技术原理。通过对文中几种互换性技术进行对比分析可知,面向信号测试技术可以真正实现仪器之间的互换和测试程序的移植,是未来自动测试系统的发展方向。
Building general software platform of ATS,realizing transplantation of TPS and interchangeability of instrument are a direction for general ATS.The paper elaborates the theory of interchangeability for ATS.By discussing several software standards of typical ATS,the paper illustrates characteristics of several software standards in detail,studies the theories of interchangeability technology for ATS building on several software standards.By giving a comparison among interchangeability technology in this paper,we can know test technology of signal-oriented may really realize transplantation of TPS and interchangeability of instrument,and it will be a direction for ATS in future.
